What is call center seat leasing? Actually it started if the company thinks of outsourcing either their customer service or outbound telemarketing campaign.
The idea of getting more saving through outsourcing is already there but thinking of establishing infrastructures in other country like the Philippines gives them a second thought. The truth is that they can lease a certain number of seats in any call center especially this Cebu based inbound call center company which also offers virtual assistant services.
It is normal to outsourcing company to accept seat leasing from foreign companies. In fact they prepared their facilities in this set up as they anticipate foreign companies to lease their facilities and even manpower for servicing the client’s customers.
So what is the composition of this seat leasing scheme? It includes the office, all set of computers complete with internet and networking system, power supply with backup generators, conference room and VOIP system and even management personnel.
So how much will be the payment? Foreign companies can pay the call center in monthly basis. It always depends on the agreement, the number of seats, the working hours and more. I tried to go the old Pandora’s Battery method on my friend’s slim but it just shows a black screen then turns off leading me to believe he has one of the un-pandorable psp(s). I tested the Pandora’s Battery on my phat psp and sure enough it works so that eliminates that.
